HQ is a content management and distribution platform that allows users to generate, manage, and push content to connected websites. The Service includes AI content generation, media management, and multi-site publishing.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Zarinpal. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free plan users are not charged.
You retain all rights to content you create and push through HQ. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Content generated by AI through the Service is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publication. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or legality of AI-generated content.
You may not use the Service to generate or distribute spam, malware, illegal content, or content that infringes on third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
